Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) Near-Vertical Incidence Skywave (NVIS) Day is an opportunity to practice local communications using HF frequencies below the Maximum Usable Frequency (MUF).The exercise will run from 10:00 to 16:00 local time.

We will meet at 10:00 until 14:00 at the Maumee Branch Library.
