Toledo Mobile Radio Association is setting up for Winter Field Day this Saturday January 27th.
This is an Emergency Communications event.
Bring your Grab and go kit (even if it is just an HT) to share and discover what we are able to do. This is a great time to gather information, test, and compare your grab and go kit.
We’ll be setting up at the Maumee Branch of the Lucas County Library (501 River Rd, Maumee, OH).
Doors open at 9:00AM.
Lunch is provided at 11:30. We’ll operate from open until 2:00 PM.
We will exit the building before 2:00 pm and set up an outdoor station on Dudley’s Field (500 W William St, Maumee, OH).
We will be outside from 2:00 pm on to practice and learn what it takes to operate outside in the winter time. Dress warm and wear waterproof boots or shoes.
